Stretch out your entire body & flow with me in this 10 minute morning yoga routine!

This week’s video is a short but effective 10 min morning yoga flow & stretch routine to wake up & start your day! It’s suitable for beginners and it’s perfect to do when you’re short on time but want a great full body stretch before going to work.

You don’t need any props for this class but if you have a block and a blanket at home you can always grab it to make some poses more accessible & comfortable. If you want to increase your flexibility & mobility, this is a great class for you to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as easing away any back pain you may experience.
