This 5 minute guided meditation has the intention to help you with any feelings of anxiety, worry or fear of the future and/or the past. We cultivate and practice acceptance of the present moment and of our feelings.

This guided practice with breath awareness is meant to help you find ease and acceptance with what is. Not avoiding it but truly accepting each present moment as it is. Find peace, ease, contentment, and acceptance that everything is okay the way it is right now to relieve stress & anxiety.
