If you are experiencing stress or anxiety this yin yoga class can give you some relief!

These yin yoga poses, focused on the hips, legs and lower back, will be very relaxing and are great for beginners. We’ll begin with swan pose (also called pigeon pose), followed by a seated forward fold before moving into a wide legged child’s pose. Stress and anxiety is common and yin yoga is a wonderful tool that can make a big difference for your mental health.

You may need a block and a blanket for this class.
