This meditation is designed to induce deep physical and mental relaxation. It’s highly effective to manage feelings of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, worry or fear. It can also be used before sleep to manage insomnia. Tap into a sense of inner relaxation, calmness and peace.

Yoga Nidra is the practice of sleep, but with a seed of awareness. The goal isn’t to fall asleep, but to hover in that space where we are receptive & can tap into the reality of who we are beyond movement, labels and words. Together we will reestablish our inner mental and emotional balance to reconnect to our true core of being.
