Need help in releasing tension & stiffness from your upper body?
This is a quick morning yoga sequence to stretch out your upper body and release any kind of tension in the area of your neck & shoulders!
Since we stay seated the whole time and do no chaturanga flows or downward facing dogs, this routine is extremely beginner-friendly. We avoid putting pressure on the hands and wrists, making this even more accessible for all levels of students.
